Raveena Tandon Kundan Diamond Jewelry
Raveena Tandon, a sizzling beauty who has rocked the silver screen in the '90s, is still so vibrant and up in her style game. We recently spotted the dazzling beauty flaunting her amazing sense of style with some exquisite jewelry. She's seen wearing Kundan diamond jewelry on various occasions.
To give a small sneak peek about what Kundan jewelry actually is, it is basically a process of gold foils being flattened out to create bezels structures which basically then holds the huge stones embedded on these pieces of jewelry. But usually, Kundan jewelry does not have embedded diamonds or so but instead, they have glass as the central embellishment. They are also enameled in colors to give a beautiful look to it.
The choker set is a beautiful band that goes around your neck with a lovely design. The band is made of some heavy work combination in rounded polki diamonds interlinked with each other. In between, there are rectangular-shaped diamond embellishments that just steal the show. The choker band is extended with drop designs that are in a droplet-shaped with white pearls hanging through them. The droplets also have a huge diamond studded in the center.
The color scheme of the necklace in the first picture is simply white glass embellishments paired up with diamonds and golden layout. It has an emerald sitting at the center of the choker piece. It is a sleek broad choker necklace entire covered with Nakshi net design made of diamonds in pair with an emerald embedded in the center. The base remains white gold since it complements well with the emerald and diamond finish. The choker basically has just one layer. It also has some complementing earrings which are also an amalgamation of diamonds and green emerald.
The unique idea of this set is the choker looks so modern and westernized whereas the beads and stones used in it give the piece an overtly ethnic and traditional feel. The balance of both work out the magic. The necklace has a highlighted gree tint from the spread of green beads on the choker layout with gold-based floral patterns in the spread. Followed by the exquisite cut diamonds embellished on it with drop pearls strung on it at the bottom.
